How to Engage with Rocair

All engagement requests begin with an assessment meeting to determine the client's business goals, project requirements and current situation. An in-depth situation analysis may be required at this point and will be performed, at the client's discretion. A price proposal and recommended engagement methodology is presented to the client for consideration. Upon acceptance of the proposal, your handpicked Rocair consulting team will begin your project.

Regular status reports and/or meetings will be scheduled with the client team to ensure that the project is on target and that the highest standards of quality management are being adhered to.

Usually, clients will issue a purchase order or other corporate contract detailing the engagement and standard terms and conditions. In the absence of either, a Letter of Agreement will be submitted by Rocair and signed by both parties.

Note: Further analysis and recommendation proposals may be required during the course of an engagement.
