Rocair Corporation Becomes Newest Benchmark Solution Provider
Luminaries team up to enhance global customer-care standards
Santa Maria and Redwood City, California. 7 December 2001. BenchmarkPortal Inc., the Data-Mart of Best Practices and custodian of the "Purdue Benchmark Database" and Rocair Corporation, a global Customer Care consultancy, announced today an agreement to join forces in the quest to establish and standardize high quality, best of breed customer service practices for a worldwide clientele.
BenchmarkPortal offers the world's largest, most international, and useful database of contact center and performance metrics. With the critical and insightful information that the company provides, call & contact center professionals can easily assess the quality of incumbent operations and make more informed management decisions regarding growth, improvement and expansion.
As a member of its Benchmark Solution Provider Program (BSP), Rocair Corporation will immediately implement the company's methodology and add its suite of data tools and reports to Rocair's existing consulting philosophy and service portfolio. The BSP program, designed to enhance current provider solutions with Benchmark's systematic process and specific ROI data, will further strengthen Rocair's founder and President Ed Romson's value proposition directed at improving customer satisfaction and client retention through quality customer care programs. In addition, Rocair will help BenchmarkPortal gain entry into new geographic territories that make up Rocair's international business model.
