The Origin of Our Name
Rocair is a Scot/Gaelic word for "customer." While researching possible names connected to his ancestral background, Ed Romson, founder of Rocair Corporation, chose the name for his company because of his strong belief that customer care programs are fundamental in achieving loyalty and a strong brand.
In the English language, Rocair can be considered a suggestive name and neologism, formed by combining part of Ed's last name, "RO-mson" and the English word "care."
